We are able to supply our standard plans, alternatively our architect is available to liase with you to achieve the Oak Frame Building that will suit your personal requirements. Of course, you may wish to have your own architect supply drawings and we can provide the information necessary for Building Regulations.

A full planning service is available to include submitting applications to the local authority for Planning Permission and Listed Building Consent as well as a Building Regulation Approval and a Building Notice. You may wish to carry out these tasks yourself.

Full Package
Crown Oak Buildings can offer a full package from creating the initial design, planning application, ground works, manufacture and assembling  the oak frame including weather board, through to the insulation and  tiling of the roof.  However, you may request any combination of these services if, for instance, you already have a local builder who will carry out the groundworks.

Kit Form Package
This service will provide you with an oak frame package in kit form for the self builder.  All our buildings are manufactured in our workshop to your specification thus ensuring that all the joints are precise and then numbered accordingly. Instructions, Engineer’s Building Calculations and all the materials you have specified are then available in a pack.

Terms and Conditions
We request the following on all orders:

• 45% plus VAT deposit to cover the costs of materials
• 40% plus VAT upon delivery of the building
• 15% plus VAT upon completion

Kit Form Packages

• 50% plus VAT upon orderng
• 50% plus VAT upon collection or delivery
